July 24: Dusit Hotels and Resorts under Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, made its debut in Nepal this month with the opening of the Dusit Princess Kathmandu, which started welcoming guests on July 17.
Dusit Princess Kathmandu is located in the vibrant Lazimpat neighbourhood and is a short-distance walk from the Narayanhiti Palace Museum and just 18 minutes by car from the Tribhuvan International Airport. The hotel is designed to appeal to business and leisure travellers who appreciate comfort, value, and convenience, shared Khando Gurung, marketing chief of the hotel.
Thoughtfully designed to reflect local culture and architecture, the hotel property offers an oasis for relaxation amidst the buzz of the city. The hotel has 107 comfortable and well-furnished guest rooms ranging from 28 to 62 sq meters, along with a presidential suite covering 159 sq meters.
Likewise, the hotel boasts a specialty Thai restaurant Soi; a Dusit Gourmet outlet featuring freshly baked pastries, artisanal sandwiches, and ‘deli bites’; and a rooftop Kibu Sky lounge with panoramic city view. Likewise, the Rooftop Blue Bar at the hotel has the city’s highest infinity pool.

The spa will have a steam room, sauna, and fully equipped Crest club along with a gym available for guests seeking to pause, refresh, and reinvigorate themselves to their utmost comfort.
