<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The Airlines Operators Association of Nepal released a press statement to inform the public about their decision, aligning with the budget for the current fiscal year 2023-24.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">As a result of this VAT implementation, domestic airfares have risen by up to six percent. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Passengers will now experience a slight increase in the costs of domestic air travel due to the inclusion of VAT.</span></span></p>
