One More Held in Connection with Fake Bhutanese Refugee Scam

July 13: Kathmandu police have apprehended another individual in connection with fake Bhutanese refugee scam.

 Keshab Tuladhar from Asan in Kathmandu, had been on the run but was arrested in Sano Bharyang, Kathmandu, said Superintendent of Police Rabindra Regmi, who also serves as the spokesperson for the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office.

Following his arrest, Tuladhar has been sent to the district police range in Teku, Kathmandu for further investigation.

Tuladhar’s arrest brings the total number of individuals detained in connection with the scam to 19.
