June 2: The price of gold, which has been setting new records every day since Wednesday, reached an all-time high on Friday (June 2).

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of gold has increased by Rs 800 per tola (11.66 grams) on Friday and is being traded at Rs 113,300. This is the highest price of gold ever recorded in Nepal.

Prior to this, the price of gold broke the record on Thursday when it reached Rs 112,500 rupees per tola. The previous day, on Wednesday, the price of gold had set a record. According to the Federation, the price of gold was fixed at Rs 112,000 on that particular day.

Before that, the price of gold was the highest on May 4. On that day, gold was traded at Rs 111,800 per tola, according to the Federation.

As the price of gold set a record, the price of silver also increased. Compared to Thursday, the price of silver has increased by Rs 25 per tola to Rs 1,435. The price of silver was fixed at Rs 1,410 per tola on Thursday.
