<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:18.0pt">Thakali is a highly experienced banking professional with a proven track record of leading successful financial institutions. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:18.0pt">Prior to his new role, he served as Deputy General Manager at Prabhu Bank Limited for two years before working as Managing Director at Prabhu Capital for an additional two years. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Shangrila Development Bank.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:18.0pt">Thakali is a chartered accountant with extensive knowledge of banking and capital markets, as well as experience in managing bank loans and deposit marketing.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:18.0pt">Thakali holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tribhuvan University. He has also completed courses on banking and management from institutions such as the World Bank, AIT Thailand, and the London School of Economics.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:18.0pt">Thakali's appointment as CEO of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank is for a four-year term, during which he will be responsible for leading the bank's growth and expansion strategies. </span></span></span></p>
