In the current fiscal year 2022/23, the company had 3973 claims to pay and has made payment for 70% of all claims, including new ones, within the first nine months. This demonstrates the company's commitment to making the payment process fast and easy for its customers.

The company has paid out Rs 100 million to claims related to agriculture alone.  Additionally, the company has made a payment of Rs 1.27 billion to 8,959 claims within the first nine months of the current fiscal year.
