February 22: Surya Nepal Western Open, the fourth tournament under the Surya Nepal Golf Tour 2022-23, teed off today (Wednesday) at the Himalayan Golf Course in Pokhara.

Altogether 31 professional and 14 amateur golfers are participating in the tournament organized by the Professional Golfers Association Nepal and sponsored by Surya Nepal Pvt Ltd.

According to the organisers, the winner of the competition will receive a purse of Rs 140,000, the runner-up will bag Rs 90,000 and the third position holder will walk away with Rs 67,000.

Similarly, the organizers informed that cash prizes have been arranged for the top 21 players. This is the 23rd edition of Surya Nepal Western Open.
