<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:13.0pt">The fare has been increased by 5.1 percent. The department has increased the fare as per the arrangement of automatically adjusting the fare of public transport along with the change in the price of petroleum products.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:13.0pt">The department has said that the increased fare will be applicable for public transport plying through two or more states (on a national level route) from Wednesday. Now the state governments will also adjust the fare of public transport on this basis.</span></span></span></p>
