<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">Adhikari had filed a writ petition on Sunday demanding the apex court to scrap the government's decision to form a panel to probe against him. Adhikari argued in the petition that the government formed the probe committee without giving him an opportunity for clarification. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">The Supreme Court issued the order after a preliminary hearing on the writ petition. </span><br />
