April 4: Buddha Air is preparing to conduct daily flights between Bhadrapur and Pokhara starting from April 15.
The company has already announced the flight schedule and fares along the route.
Issuing a statement, Buddha Air informed that they are operating commercial flights along this on the occasion of New Year 2079. Buddha Air has fixed an initial fare of Rs 6900 for this route.
According to the company, the flight is scheduled to depart from Pokhara to Bhadrapur at 1:25 pm and from Bhadrapur to Pokhara at 3 pm. The company claims that this route will not only benefit the residents of both the provinces, but also facilitate the entry of tourists from across the border in Silgadhi, Darjeeling and Sikkim.
Tourists from across the border will be able to go directly to Pokhara from Bhadrapur. The company claims that tourists can also visit various tourist and religious destinations around Bhadrapur as well as tea gardens of Ilam and view the mountain range. Buddha Holidays, a sister company of Buddha Air, has brought attractive holiday packages for both of these destinations.
Buddha Holidays has revealed a package of 2 nights and 3 days at Rs 15000 for Bhadrapur-Pokhara tour. As informed by the company, the package includes two-way air tickets, transportation facility from Pokhara Airport to hotel and hotel to Pokhara Airport, air-conditioned twin sharing room and breakfast in the morning.
Buddha Air has been connecting Pokhara with direct flights to different parts of the country. The company has already expanded direct flights from Bhairahawa, Bharatpur, Nepalgunj, Simara, Dhangadhi and Janakpur to Pokhara. Buddha Air has eleven 72-seat ATR-72 aircraft, three 42-seat ATR-42 aircraft and two Beechcraft aircraft.
