Following the decision, public buses, microbuses and three-wheelers will be allowed to operate in the valley by following health protocols.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif"">However, the odd-even rule remains effective in case of private vehicles including two wheelers and taxis. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif"">The district administration offices had imposed the odd-even rule in the valley recently in the wake of the third wave of coronavirus. The odd-even rule does not apply for vehicles used for essential services. </span></span></p>
