The department had filed the case-sheet at the High Court Patan on Tuesday, January 4. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif"">Shova Kanta Dhakal is the prime accused of the land scam related to Lalita Niwas residence in Baluwatar. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif"">The department has asked the high court to recover a sum of Rs 1.24 billion equivalent to the tax evasion amount from the accused. The ANSAN International and Rajeswor and Company are charged of producing fake value added tax details as well as income tax details for the purpose of tax evasion. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif"">The department registered the charge-sheet at the high court demanding cent percent amount of the fine labeled against Shova Kanta Dhakal.
