<p><span style="font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:Cambria"><span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">The apex court has directed the government not to implement the ordinance until a final verdict on writ petitions filed against the ordinance is issued. </span><br />
The constitutional bench noted that any ordinance that is not endorsed through the parliament by fulfilling the constitutional provision is likely to create confusion in the future.</span></span></p>
