<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Cambria"><span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">According to RSS, the CDOs of the three districts have revoked an earlier decision to ban operation of grocery shops and departmental stores and can now remain open until 9:00 am every day. Earlier, only vegetable shops and other essential services were allowed to open. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">Likewise, construction work can also resume with boarding facility for the workers and following the prescribed health protocol. Construction materials have to be transported from 9:00 pm to 4:00 am. Human mobility remains prohibited as well as traffic, except for emergency and essential services. </span><br />
