<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">The KMC revenue department issued the directive when it found evasion of municipal taxes in course of monitoring. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">Business firms which were found not registered and defrauding tax were asked to produce themselves in the Department within a week. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">According to Department Chief Dr Shivaraj Adhikari, the department has undertaken monitoring of street vendors of New Road, Lazimpat, Panipokhari and Maharajgunj area on a sampling basis. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">Dr Adhikari further shared that a thorough monitoring team would be mobilized from ward level after completing the sampling based monitoring. -- RSS </span></span></span></p>
