<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Cambria"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial">Health Minister Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal had reportedly said a few days ago that an ordinance was being brought to prevent legal problems during the potential import of Covid-19 vaccine. </span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Times"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial">Generally, new laws are brought through ordinances when the parliamentary sessions prorogued.</span></span></span></span></p>
