May 2: Century Commercial Bank has reappointed Rajesh Kumar Shrestha as the bank’s chairman. Issuing a statement, the bank said that a meeting of the board of directors of the bank on April 26 unanimously appointed Shrestha as the chairman.

Shrestha has been the chairman of the bank since the last three years.

Meanwhile, the bank’s general assembly has approved the distribution of 2 percent bonus share and 4.5 percent dividend to its shareholders.

The bank said its paid-up capital will reach Rs 8.41 billion after issuing the bonus share.
