March 3: The National Planning Commission (NPC) has projected that more than Rs 97 billion will be invested in various sectors within the country in the next five years. It has projected that the combined investment of private, public and cooperative sectors will cross Rs 97 billion by 2081 BS.

March 3: The National Planning Commission (NPC) has projected that more than Rs 97 billion will be invested in various sectors within the country in the next five years. It has projected that the combined investment of private, public and cooperative sectors will cross Rs 97 billion by 2081 BS. </p>
<p>
Due to the structural transformation of country’s economy, the NPC has projected that the agriculture sector will receive 21.9 percent of the total investment in 2080/81 BS fiscal year while the industrial sector will receive 20.7 percent and the service sector will account for 57.4 investment. </p>
<p>
It is also projected that incremental capital output ratio will reach 4.9 percent during the period.</p>
<p>
The 15<sup>th</sup> five-year plan of the NPC has prioritized saving and promoting independent national investment.</p>
