	<span style="font-size: 12px;">The figures released by Immigration Office, Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) have revealed that the visitor arrivals in the month of June 2013, compared to the same month last year, have decreased by 4.6 per cent to 41,259. In aggregate, the South Asian segment has registered negative growth of 12.5 per cent. India has recorded negative growth of 15.3 per cent. Also, arrivals from Pakistan have decreased by 28.8 per cent. However, arrivals from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka have increased by 53.8per cent and 62.9 per cent respectively.</span></p>
<p>
	Arrivals from Asia (other than South Asia) have recorded positive growth of 20.8per cent in aggregate. The visitor arrivals from China grew by 25.7 per cent compared to the same month last year. Similarly, the arrivals from Malaysia and Singapore have also increased by 195.1 per cent and 3.5per cent respectively. Japan, South Korea and Thailand markets saw declines of 10.5 per cent, 23.4 per cent and 18.8 per cent respectively.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	An overall positive growth of 1.4 per cent has been observed from the European markets with arrivals from markets such as the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain up by 2.6 per cent, 14.7per cent, 24.5per cent, 6.1per cent and 15.9per cent respectively.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Between January to June 2013, international tourist arrivals to Nepal have declined by 3.9 per cent to 282,429 in aggregate. A total of 50,312 foreign tourists departed from TIA in June 2013. The number of Nepali arrivals stood at 57,931 while 82,167 Nepalis departed from TIA in June 2013.</p>

					Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) and Western Region Hotel Association, Pokhara jointly organized a 3-city Border Town Sales Mission 2013 in North India. According to a press release from NTB, The mission was carried out with the aim of increasing awareness and educating the North Indian travellers on Nepal’s tourism products and offerings. The Sales Mission was organized in Varanasi, Allahabad and Faizabad on 25, 26, and 27 June respectively.</p>

	After the fourth edition, Sonam Ongdi is leading the club championship leader board with 112 point. Tendi Sherpa, Ang Dendi Sherpa, Brian Fawcett and TG Shrestha are tied at second place with 100 points. Ang Dorjee Sherpa, Rekha Ghimire and Mahesh Bikram Karki are tied sixth with 60 points. 	Qatar Airways operates daily flights to each of the three Scandinavian capitals from its hub with a total weekly capacity of 21 services. Selected flights to each of the three cities will be served by Qatar Airways’ Dreamliners.&nbsp;</p>

	“Our Scandinavian routes have grown in stature and importance since we began flying to the region in 2007. I am delighted that our Dreamliners will be introduced to Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo very soon,” said Qatar Airways Chief Executive Officer Akbar Al Baker at the end of the Paris Air Show where Qatar Airways had its newest Boeing 787 on display.</p>

Dhana faltered to four-over 71 to finish second at two-over 270, while Umesh Nagarkoti of Gokarna Golf Club came third at 271 after carding three-under 64. Out of the total cash purse of Rs 300,000, Dhana received Rs 37,000, while Umesh earned Rs 29,000. </span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size: 12px;">The figures released by Immigration Office, Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) have revealed that the visitor arrivals in the month of June 2013, compared to the same month last year, have decreased by 4.6 per cent to 41,259. In aggregate, the South Asian segment has registered negative growth of 12.5 per cent. India has recorded negative growth of 15.3 per cent. Also, arrivals from Pakistan have decreased by 28.8 per cent. However, arrivals from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka have increased by 53.8per cent and 62.9 per cent respectively.</span></p>
<p>
	Arrivals from Asia (other than South Asia) have recorded positive growth of 20.8per cent in aggregate. The visitor arrivals from China grew by 25.7 per cent compared to the same month last year. Similarly, the arrivals from Malaysia and Singapore have also increased by 195.1 per cent and 3.5per cent respectively. Japan, South Korea and Thailand markets saw declines of 10.5 per cent, 23.4 per cent and 18.8 per cent respectively.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	An overall positive growth of 1.4 per cent has been observed from the European markets with arrivals from markets such as the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain up by 2.6 per cent, 14.7per cent, 24.5per cent, 6.1per cent and 15.9per cent respectively.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Between January to June 2013, international tourist arrivals to Nepal have declined by 3.9 per cent to 282,429 in aggregate. A total of 50,312 foreign tourists departed from TIA in June 2013. The number of Nepali arrivals stood at 57,931 while 82,167 Nepalis departed from TIA in June 2013.</p>

The airline will launch 787 flights to the Swedish capital Stockholm on August 1, followed a month later to both Copenhagen and Oslo effective September 1.&nbsp;</span></p>

	Qatar Airways operates daily flights to each of the three Scandinavian capitals from its hub with a total weekly capacity of 21 services. Selected flights to each of the three cities will be served by Qatar Airways’ Dreamliners.&nbsp;</p>

	“Our Scandinavian routes have grown in stature and importance since we began flying to the region in 2007. I am delighted that our Dreamliners will be introduced to Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo very soon,” said Qatar Airways Chief Executive Officer Akbar Al Baker at the end of the Paris Air Show where Qatar Airways had its newest Boeing 787 on display.</p>

	<span style="font-size: 12px;">The figures released by Immigration Office, Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) have revealed that the visitor arrivals in the month of June 2013, compared to the same month last year, have decreased by 4.6 per cent to 41,259. In aggregate, the South Asian segment has registered negative growth of 12.5 per cent. India has recorded negative growth of 15.3 per cent. Also, arrivals from Pakistan have decreased by 28.8 per cent. However, arrivals from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka have increased by 53.8per cent and 62.9 per cent respectively.</span></p>
<p>
	Arrivals from Asia (other than South Asia) have recorded positive growth of 20.8per cent in aggregate. The visitor arrivals from China grew by 25.7 per cent compared to the same month last year. Similarly, the arrivals from Malaysia and Singapore have also increased by 195.1 per cent and 3.5per cent respectively. Japan, South Korea and Thailand markets saw declines of 10.5 per cent, 23.4 per cent and 18.8 per cent respectively.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	An overall positive growth of 1.4 per cent has been observed from the European markets with arrivals from markets such as the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain up by 2.6 per cent, 14.7per cent, 24.5per cent, 6.1per cent and 15.9per cent respectively.&nbsp;</p>

	Between January to June 2013, international tourist arrivals to Nepal have declined by 3.9 per cent to 282,429 in aggregate. A total of 50,312 foreign tourists departed from TIA in June 2013. The number of Nepali arrivals stood at 57,931 while 82,167 Nepalis departed from TIA in June 2013.</p>

					Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) and Western Region Hotel Association, Pokhara jointly organized a 3-city Border Town Sales Mission 2013 in North India. According to a press release from NTB, The mission was carried out with the aim of increasing awareness and educating the North Indian travellers on Nepal’s tourism products and offerings. The Sales Mission was organized in Varanasi, Allahabad and Faizabad on 25, 26, and 27 June respectively.</p>

Tendi Sherpa, Ang Dendi Sherpa, Brian Fawcett and TG Shrestha are tied at second place with 100 points. Ang Dorjee Sherpa, Rekha Ghimire and Mahesh Bikram Karki are tied sixth with 60 points. Nirakar Shrestha is in ninth position with 56 points. Joseph Nathan is tenth with 50 points.&nbsp;</p>

	Qatar Airways operates daily flights to each of the three Scandinavian capitals from its hub with a total weekly capacity of 21 services. Selected flights to each of the three cities will be served by Qatar Airways’ Dreamliners.&nbsp;</p>

	“Our Scandinavian routes have grown in stature and importance since we began flying to the region in 2007. I am delighted that our Dreamliners will be introduced to Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo very soon,” said Qatar Airways Chief Executive Officer Akbar Al Baker at the end of the Paris Air Show where Qatar Airways had its newest Boeing 787 on display.</p>

As of 1 July, the introduction of the new wide-body aircraft results in an increased capacity on flights to Istanbul by 166 seats per day, a nearly 50 per cent increase. All flights on the Doha &ndash; Istanbul routes will be operated with an Airbus A330, featuring a two-class configuration, including up to 24 seats in Business Class and up to 258 seats in Economy Class. The aircraft offers seatback TV screens providing passengers with interactive onboard entertainment system and a choice of more than 1000 audio and video on demand options.&nbsp;</span></div>

	<span style="font-size: 12px;">The figures released by Immigration Office, Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) have revealed that the visitor arrivals in the month of June 2013, compared to the same month last year, have decreased by 4.6 per cent to 41,259. In aggregate, the South Asian segment has registered negative growth of 12.5 per cent. India has recorded negative growth of 15.3 per cent. Also, arrivals from Pakistan have decreased by 28.8 per cent. However, arrivals from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka have increased by 53.8per cent and 62.9 per cent respectively.</span></p>
<p>
	Arrivals from Asia (other than South Asia) have recorded positive growth of 20.8per cent in aggregate. The visitor arrivals from China grew by 25.7 per cent compared to the same month last year. Similarly, the arrivals from Malaysia and Singapore have also increased by 195.1 per cent and 3.5per cent respectively. Japan, South Korea and Thailand markets saw declines of 10.5 per cent, 23.4 per cent and 18.8 per cent respectively.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	An overall positive growth of 1.4 per cent has been observed from the European markets with arrivals from markets such as the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain up by 2.6 per cent, 14.7per cent, 24.5per cent, 6.1per cent and 15.9per cent respectively.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Between January to June 2013, international tourist arrivals to Nepal have declined by 3.9 per cent to 282,429 in aggregate. A total of 50,312 foreign tourists departed from TIA in June 2013. The number of Nepali arrivals stood at 57,931 while 82,167 Nepalis departed from TIA in June 2013.</p>

	“Our Scandinavian routes have grown in stature and importance since we began flying to the region in 2007.
