	Issuing a press statement, the organization said 17 participants selected through an open call will learn the basics of digital fabrication and 3D printing to create innovative and participatory projects that engage the public around the theme of opportunity for women in Kathmandu.</p>

	&ldquo;The incubator will have an &lsquo;artist talk&rsquo; where American artist Jennifer Berry will talk about her previous work and creative practice, and share with us her approach to the incubator,&rdquo; the statement says.</p>
<p>
	American Arts Incubator (AAI) is an initiative of the US Department of State&#39;s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs in partnership with ZERO1 that sends US artists abroad to collaborate with local communities for a month-long incubator. According to the statement, the creative collaboration transfers skills in art, technology, and entrepreneurship.</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Through the digital and new media art workshops, the artists facilitate dialogue and explorations of the social challenge,&rdquo; the statement further added, &ldquo;The participants can also receive small grants to work on their project ideas.&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	The AAI program will be hosted at Nepal Communitere. The month-long program will close with a panel review and open house to the public at Nepal Communitere from April 25 to 27.</p>

	Qatar Airways said in a statement that it organised the inaugural Qatar Airways/McGill Air Law Moot Court Competition and the Qatar Airways/McGill Rising Scholars in Air and Space Law Conference in Montreal, Canada on March 22-23.</p>

	According to the airline company, the event was attended by a wide range of government officials and aviation and space industry professionals, as well as scholars and graduate students from more than 20 countries.</p>
<p>
	The 2019 Qatar Airways/McGill Air Law Moot Court Competition was based on a case before the International Court of Justice concerning drone interference with operations at an international airport. Parties had to make submissions and present arguments on whether a revocation of traffic rights is a justified measure in international aviation.</p>
<p>
	Participants presented their research on various leading-edge topics, including the legal and regulatory regime for autonomous flying taxis in urban centers. Prizes were awarded for the best overall presentation, the best air law presentation, the best space law presentation, and the most innovative research, as well as a special &lsquo;spirit of the conference&rsquo; award.</p>
<p>
	Qatar Airways said the conference also highlighted the importance of the 2019 Doha Declaration &ndash; a manifesto that calls for a serious review of the existing aviation regulatory framework. The Declaration, which was announced at the conclusion of the CAPA Qatar Aviation, Aeropolitical and Regulatory Summit held in February in Doha, comes 75 years after the historic Chicago Convention, which established the International Civil Aviation Organisation as well as a set of global rules for airspace, air safety and air travel.</p>

	Participants presented their research on various leading-edge topics, including the legal and regulatory regime for autonomous flying taxis in urban centers. 	The 2019 Qatar Airways/McGill Air Law Moot Court Competition was based on a case before the International Court of Justice concerning drone interference with operations at an international airport. Parties had to make submissions and present arguments on whether a revocation of traffic rights is a justified measure in international aviation.</p>

	Participants presented their research on various leading-edge topics, including the legal and regulatory regime for autonomous flying taxis in urban centers. Prizes were awarded for the best overall presentation, the best air law presentation, the best space law presentation, and the most innovative research, as well as a special &lsquo;spirit of the conference&rsquo; award.</p>

	Qatar Airways said the conference also highlighted the importance of the 2019 Doha Declaration &ndash; a manifesto that calls for a serious review of the existing aviation regulatory framework. 	American Arts Incubator (AAI) is an initiative of the US Department of State&#39;s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs in partnership with ZERO1 that sends US artists abroad to collaborate with local communities for a month-long incubator. According to the statement, the creative collaboration transfers skills in art, technology, and entrepreneurship.</p>

The bank&rsquo;s CEO Bishwa Mohan Adhikari handed over a cheque of Rs 111,111 to the&nbsp; temple&rsquo;s management committee cordinator Narendra Babu Shrestha amid a recent function held on the temple premises.</p>
<p>
	The bank said it provided the support to the temple under its corporate social responsibility.</p>
<p>
	The bank believes that its support will contribute in the reconstruction of the temple which was damaged by the devastating earthquake of 2015 &nbsp;as well as facilitate pilgrims visiting the temple.</p>
<p>
	Prior to this, the bank had been providing support in cash and kind to different organisations.</p>

	The 2019 Qatar Airways/McGill Air Law Moot Court Competition was based on a case before the International Court of Justice concerning drone interference with operations at an international airport. Parties had to make submissions and present arguments on whether a revocation of traffic rights is a justified measure in international aviation.</p>

	Participants presented their research on various leading-edge topics, including the legal and regulatory regime for autonomous flying taxis in urban centers. Prizes were awarded for the best overall presentation, the best air law presentation, the best space law presentation, and the most innovative research, as well as a special &lsquo;spirit of the conference&rsquo; award.</p>

	Qatar Airways said the conference also highlighted the importance of the 2019 Doha Declaration &ndash; a manifesto that calls for a serious review of the existing aviation regulatory framework.
