Highly inspired by his own father, he walks on his path. &lsquo;Treating Everybody Equally&rsquo; is the principle around which Shrestha&rsquo;s life revolves. &ldquo;Hierarchy in our society and discriminations in any form frustrates me a lot&rdquo;, he shares adding, &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t believe in the caste system.&rdquo;</div>

	This scenario of the society makes Shrestha write too. He shares that he has wrote number of poems based on the contemporary social issues. However, only one of his poems is published so far. He has limitedhis writings within his own diary.</div>

	A classic music lover, when Dahal is free from his professional schedules that are some tight, he loves reading and playing flute and harmonium. He shares that he sings hymns for about an hour every morning. Besides that, he also loves listening old songs. His favourites are Amber Gurung and Narayan Gopal.<br />

	Dahal has a profound love for reading. &ldquo;I prefer reading books that are based on scientific research and are especially related to the medicine sector&rdquo;, he shares. But that is not all. Besides reading for research, he loves reading autobiographies of great personalities and life inspiring books. Counting on his favourite books he shares that his all time favourite is &lsquo;Darshan Digdarshan&rsquo; by &lsquo;Mahapandit Rahul Sankrityayan&rsquo; and &lsquo;World history&rsquo; based on the letter of Jawaharlal Nehru to his daughter. He shares that he is much inspired by these books in his real life too. &ldquo;I haven&rsquo;t found any book as good as them till the date.&rdquo;<br />

	Apart from music and reading, Dahal is a man who is conscious about his health and fitness too. He is early morning waking and walking man. He has a strict routine of going on 6-7 kilometres jogging every morning and then a work out at the health club. He is a good swimmer and loves going for it in the summer.<br />

	Getting away from the monotony of routine life is an essentiality. Dahal concedes to this and manages to go for short or long distance vacation at least once in a year. His most memorable vacation destinations so far within the nation are Langtang, Namche, Solukhumbu and says that his trip to Japan, Singapore and some other countries in Europe as the most memorable. When asked to narrow them down, Dahal says his trek to Namche, Solukhumbu is the most memorable. &ldquo;I wish to go there again if everything favours&rdquo;, he shares.</p>',

Along with being a successful businessman, he has equally managed his beyond office hours for his family. He claims that he is devoted and committed to his family and spends his weekly holidays and spare time with his family.&nbsp;</div>

	Bajracharya shares that he often makes foreign business visits and that he enjoys such trips with his family as much as possible. While doing his work, he also makes the best of it and enjoys business trips. He finds New York as the best place for shopping and Mauritius as the best place for family holiday.</div>

	Everything he has is the outcome of his meticulous planning, according to him. Bajracharya has a unique habit of working during the mid-night hours, between 10 pm to 2 am. &ldquo;It&rsquo;s peaceful during these hours and it allows me to focus,&rdquo; he shares. He thinks it is the perfect time to work and make business plans because no one disturbs him these hours from concentrating.&ldquo;This planning helps me stay ahead and remain on guard to cater to the needs of customers and the business during my office hours&rdquo;, he shares.</div>

	Bajracharya is fitness conscious. Every morning he goes to gym and sweats out for one to two hours. He also loves swimming for refreshment but that is only in summer. He believes that health is our biggest asset and opines that if we have a good health, we have everything. When he is in peace and to himself, Bajracharya loves scribbling poems and has deep love for writing. He has written several songs and even got recorded some of them in the voice of prominent Bollywood singers like Sunidhi Chauhan, and Kollywood singers like Babin Pradhan, Hemanta Rana, among others. An containing five songs in the voices of these singers with music composition of Om Bikram Bista is already launched.</div>

	Bajracharya remembers that he had been in love for writing since childhood and maintained a diary. &ldquo;My writing habit started with diary writing&rdquo;, he shares. &ldquo;I used to write all the things that I did throughout the day, things I need to do, and the surprising and unplanned things that happened to me,&rdquo; he shares, &ldquo;This gradually improved my writing habit and the quality of writing.&rdquo; He remembers the gradual development of his diary writing habit into love for writing poems and then into songs writing.&nbsp;</div>

	As a passionate music lover, he has his own list of favourite musical figures. Michael Jackson, Enrique, and Jennifer Lopez top the list among western singers &nbsp;and Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Nigam and Adnan Sami in Bollywood singers. Bajracharya acted in one of his album&rsquo;s video and is happy with his musical journey and the feedback he&rsquo;s got so far. Apart from the love for music, Bajracharya also has love for books. He prefers reading non-fiction to fiction, especially those that provide creative ideas. He also loves reading biographies of prominent people. His all time favourite has been the book on Steve Jobs. He doesn&rsquo;t miss even a single book by American entrepreneur Donald Trump.</div>',

	Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) Ratish Chandra Lal Suman, likes to describe himself as a &lsquo;positive&rsquo; person. Suman has always been positive regarding life and the people around him. A modest and calm person by nature, he tries hard to manage as much as time he could for his family despite his tight business schedule. &nbsp; &ldquo;I try my best to take my home and my office parallel,&rdquo; he shares.</div>

	Suman thinks that it&rsquo;s even harder when one is at the peak of his/her career to balance his/her family and office together. And stresses on the role of family also in understanding one&rsquo;s professional needs. &ldquo;My family does complain of my busy schedule but at the same time also understands it,&rdquo; he shares.</div>

	Whatever free time Suman gets, he shares it with his family that comprises of his wife and three children. He spends this time at home as well as on outing with them.&nbsp;</div>

	When it comes to travelling, Suman has a deep love to visit heritage sites. &ldquo;I love places with historical values,&rdquo; he shares while adding that Paris is among his most loved places. Out of his many trips, Suman remembers his recent trip to Dubai as the most memorable one. &ldquo;Desert drive in Dubai was something worth doing once,&rdquo; he shares, &ldquo;It was the most unforgettable thing I&rsquo;ve done so far.&rdquo;</div>

	Apart from that, Suman has his love for reading books too. He loves reading informative books. &ldquo;I read the books, which increase my general knowledge&rdquo;, he shares. 	Suman in his good old days used to play badminton but has given up now days. However, he loves watching Cricket and follows it on regular basis.</div>

	Sanjeev Subba, CEO of National Banking Training Institute, describes himself as a transparent and fair person. A realistic person by nature, Subba considers his family to be his greatest wealth. Life for him is very simple. &ldquo;Life is all about being normal and happy while doing well to everyone&rdquo;, he says.</div>

	Subba considers his family to be his first and the foremost priority. In his free time, he loves doing anything that would engage his family members as well. &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t go golfing because it takes me away from my family,&rdquo; says Subba. He does not want to miss any opportunity to see his children growing up and so, he always manages time for his family.</div>

	Subba regards his family to be his inspiration. He believes that everyone learns from the family. &ldquo;It is the family that teaches a person to be patient and helps them learn new things&rdquo;,he says.</div>

He believes that management is all about learning how to do proper things at proper time. &ldquo;9 to 5 is my office time and the rest is my personal time&rdquo;, says Subba. He opines that one must learn to value family more than their job because jobs can be replaced, but not family.</div>

	Subba hates nothing in particular. However, he has a strong dislike for gossips and office politics. He considers himself and his staffs lucky for getting to enjoy two days holiday in a week. He says that it is necessary for every organization to give their staffs at least two days of holiday in a week to help them re-charge themselves.</div>

	Subba loves gardening and invests some amount of his time in his home garden. He also loves travelling and wants to visit each and every place of Nepal. When asked about his most memorable trip, he said that each of his trips is always memorable. &ldquo;The destination does not make any trip memorable. It is up to you to make any trip memorable,&rdquo; he explains. He has travelled 52 countries all over the world. He had recently been to the eastern part of Nepal and describes the places to be extremely beautiful.</div>

	Subba is also a sporty person. He loves watching football and cricket. He also loves swimming. He often goes for trekking and hiking. Every day, he goes for jogging. He believes that hiking, trekking and jogging help him remain fit and healthy.</div>

	Gyawali is a voracious reader. He is a fiction lover and believes that fiction has the power to take the reader to a different world. Likewise, he also reads philosophical books and biographies. He loves the work of Shankar Lamichhane and Bhupi Sherchan. But since his childhood, he has never liked Maths and Science. Gyawali&rsquo;s favourite book is &lsquo;Nepal&rsquo;s Failed Development&rsquo; by Devendra Raj Pandey. Currently he is reading &lsquo;India And Its Contradictions&rsquo; by Amatya Sen and Jean Dr&egrave;ze.</div>

Gyawali considers B.P Koirala, Nelson Mandela and his father to be his inspirational figures.</div>

Blushing joyously with a big smile he says, &ldquo;The feeling cannot be replaced with anything.&rdquo;Out of many countries and places Dugar visited, he says Biratnagar, which is his birthplace too, is and will always be his favourite. &ldquo;There is no place more beautiful than own birthplace&rdquo;, he says.</div>

	Dugar has a happy joint family including his 3 kids and a lovely wife, whom he describes as helpful and encouraging.</div>

Counting on his favourite books he shares that his all time favourite is &lsquo;Darshan Digdarshan&rsquo; by &lsquo;Mahapandit Rahul Sankrityayan&rsquo; and &lsquo;World history&rsquo; based on the letter of Jawaharlal Nehru to his daughter. He shares that he is much inspired by these books in his real life too. &ldquo;I haven&rsquo;t found any book as good as them till the date.&rdquo;<br />

	Apart from music and reading, Dahal is a man who is conscious about his health and fitness too. He is early morning waking and walking man. He has a strict routine of going on 6-7 kilometres jogging every morning and then a work out at the health club. He is a good swimmer and loves going for it in the summer.<br />

	Getting away from the monotony of routine life is an essentiality. Dahal concedes to this and manages to go for short or long distance vacation at least once in a year. His most memorable vacation destinations so far within the nation are Langtang, Namche, Solukhumbu and says that his trip to Japan, Singapore and some other countries in Europe as the most memorable. When asked to narrow them down, Dahal says his trek to Namche, Solukhumbu is the most memorable. &ldquo;I wish to go there again if everything favours&rdquo;, he shares.</p>',

	Bajracharya shares that he often makes foreign business visits and that he enjoys such trips with his family as much as possible. 	Everything he has is the outcome of his meticulous planning, according to him. 	Bajracharya is fitness conscious. Every morning he goes to gym and sweats out for one to two hours. He also loves swimming for refreshment but that is only in summer. He believes that health is our biggest asset and opines that if we have a good health, we have everything. When he is in peace and to himself, Bajracharya loves scribbling poems and has deep love for writing. He has written several songs and even got recorded some of them in the voice of prominent Bollywood singers like Sunidhi Chauhan, and Kollywood singers like Babin Pradhan, Hemanta Rana, among others. An containing five songs in the voices of these singers with music composition of Om Bikram Bista is already launched.</div>

	Bajracharya remembers that he had been in love for writing since childhood and maintained a diary. &ldquo;My writing habit started with diary writing&rdquo;, he shares. &ldquo;I used to write all the things that I did throughout the day, things I need to do, and the surprising and unplanned things that happened to me,&rdquo; he shares, &ldquo;This gradually improved my writing habit and the quality of writing.&rdquo; He remembers the gradual development of his diary writing habit into love for writing poems and then into songs writing.&nbsp;</div>

	As a passionate music lover, he has his own list of favourite musical figures. Michael Jackson, Enrique, and Jennifer Lopez top the list among western singers &nbsp;and Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Nigam and Adnan Sami in Bollywood singers. Bajracharya acted in one of his album&rsquo;s video and is happy with his musical journey and the feedback he&rsquo;s got so far. Apart from the love for music, Bajracharya also has love for books. He prefers reading non-fiction to fiction, especially those that provide creative ideas. He also loves reading biographies of prominent people. His all time favourite has been the book on Steve Jobs. He doesn&rsquo;t miss even a single book by American entrepreneur Donald Trump.</div>',

Suman has always been positive regarding life and the people around him. A modest and calm person by nature, he tries hard to manage as much as time he could for his family despite his tight business schedule. &nbsp; &ldquo;I try my best to take my home and my office parallel,&rdquo; he shares.</div>

	Suman thinks that it&rsquo;s even harder when one is at the peak of his/her career to balance his/her family and office together. In his free time, he loves doing anything that would engage his family members as well. &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t go golfing because it takes me away from my family,&rdquo; says Subba. 	Subba loves gardening and invests some amount of his time in his home garden. He also loves travelling and wants to visit each and every place of Nepal. It is up to you to make any trip memorable,&rdquo; he explains. He has travelled 52 countries all over the world. He had recently been to the eastern part of Nepal and describes the places to be extremely beautiful.</div>

Highly inspired by his own father, he walks on his path. &lsquo;Treating Everybody Equally&rsquo; is the principle around which Shrestha&rsquo;s life revolves. &ldquo;Hierarchy in our society and discriminations in any form frustrates me a lot&rdquo;, he shares adding, &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t believe in the caste system.&rdquo;</div>

Besides reading for research, he loves reading autobiographies of great personalities and life inspiring books. Counting on his favourite books he shares that his all time favourite is &lsquo;Darshan Digdarshan&rsquo; by &lsquo;Mahapandit Rahul Sankrityayan&rsquo; and &lsquo;World history&rsquo; based on the letter of Jawaharlal Nehru to his daughter. He shares that he is much inspired by these books in his real life too. &ldquo;I haven&rsquo;t found any book as good as them till the date.&rdquo;<br />

	Apart from music and reading, Dahal is a man who is conscious about his health and fitness too. He is early morning waking and walking man. He has a strict routine of going on 6-7 kilometres jogging every morning and then a work out at the health club. He is a good swimmer and loves going for it in the summer.<br />

	Getting away from the monotony of routine life is an essentiality. Dahal concedes to this and manages to go for short or long distance vacation at least once in a year. His most memorable vacation destinations so far within the nation are Langtang, Namche, Solukhumbu and says that his trip to Japan, Singapore and some other countries in Europe as the most memorable. When asked to narrow them down, Dahal says his trek to Namche, Solukhumbu is the most memorable. &ldquo;I wish to go there again if everything favours&rdquo;, he shares.</p>',

	Bajra and Bajracharya Enterprises&rsquo; Managing Director Prakas Bajracharya is a man of balance. Along with being a successful businessman, he has equally managed his beyond office hours for his family. He claims that he is devoted and committed to his family and spends his weekly holidays and spare time with his family.&nbsp;</div>

	Bajracharya shares that he often makes foreign business visits and that he enjoys such trips with his family as much as possible. While doing his work, he also makes the best of it and enjoys business trips. He finds New York as the best place for shopping and Mauritius as the best place for family holiday.</div>

	Everything he has is the outcome of his meticulous planning, according to him. Bajracharya has a unique habit of working during the mid-night hours, between 10 pm to 2 am. &ldquo;It&rsquo;s peaceful during these hours and it allows me to focus,&rdquo; he shares. He thinks it is the perfect time to work and make business plans because no one disturbs him these hours from concentrating.&ldquo;This planning helps me stay ahead and remain on guard to cater to the needs of customers and the business during my office hours&rdquo;, he shares.</div>

	Bajracharya is fitness conscious. Every morning he goes to gym and sweats out for one to two hours. He also loves swimming for refreshment but that is only in summer. He believes that health is our biggest asset and opines that if we have a good health, we have everything. When he is in peace and to himself, Bajracharya loves scribbling poems and has deep love for writing. He has written several songs and even got recorded some of them in the voice of prominent Bollywood singers like Sunidhi Chauhan, and Kollywood singers like Babin Pradhan, Hemanta Rana, among others. An containing five songs in the voices of these singers with music composition of Om Bikram Bista is already launched.</div>

	Bajracharya remembers that he had been in love for writing since childhood and maintained a diary. &ldquo;My writing habit started with diary writing&rdquo;, he shares. &ldquo;I used to write all the things that I did throughout the day, things I need to do, and the surprising and unplanned things that happened to me,&rdquo; he shares, &ldquo;This gradually improved my writing habit and the quality of writing.&rdquo; He remembers the gradual development of his diary writing habit into love for writing poems and then into songs writing.&nbsp;</div>

	As a passionate music lover, he has his own list of favourite musical figures. Michael Jackson, Enrique, and Jennifer Lopez top the list among western singers &nbsp;and Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Nigam and Adnan Sami in Bollywood singers. Bajracharya acted in one of his album&rsquo;s video and is happy with his musical journey and the feedback he&rsquo;s got so far. Apart from the love for music, Bajracharya also has love for books. He prefers reading non-fiction to fiction, especially those that provide creative ideas. He also loves reading biographies of prominent people. His all time favourite has been the book on Steve Jobs. He doesn&rsquo;t miss even a single book by American entrepreneur Donald Trump.</div>',

	Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) Ratish Chandra Lal Suman, likes to describe himself as a &lsquo;positive&rsquo; person. Suman has always been positive regarding life and the people around him. A modest and calm person by nature, he tries hard to manage as much as time he could for his family despite his tight business schedule. &nbsp; &ldquo;I try my best to take my home and my office parallel,&rdquo; he shares.</div>

	Suman thinks that it&rsquo;s even harder when one is at the peak of his/her career to balance his/her family and office together. And stresses on the role of family also in understanding one&rsquo;s professional needs. &ldquo;My family does complain of my busy schedule but at the same time also understands it,&rdquo; he shares.</div>

	Whatever free time Suman gets, he shares it with his family that comprises of his wife and three children. He spends this time at home as well as on outing with them.&nbsp;</div>

	When it comes to travelling, Suman has a deep love to visit heritage sites. &ldquo;I love places with historical values,&rdquo; he shares while adding that Paris is among his most loved places. Out of his many trips, Suman remembers his recent trip to Dubai as the most memorable one. &ldquo;Desert drive in Dubai was something worth doing once,&rdquo; he shares, &ldquo;It was the most unforgettable thing I&rsquo;ve done so far.&rdquo;</div>

	Apart from that, Suman has his love for reading books too. He loves reading informative books. &ldquo;I read the books, which increase my general knowledge&rdquo;, he shares. He shares that he often reads encyclopaedia and even the I.Q books of his children. &nbsp;&ldquo;The Earth&rdquo; by Oxford publication is what Suman is currently going through.</div>

	Suman in his good old days used to play badminton but has given up now days. However, he loves watching Cricket and follows it on regular basis.</div>

	Suman&rsquo;s taste in music can be recognised in his love for old songs. Tara Devi and Narayan Gopal are among his favourites and he listens to them whenever he gets time and whenever he feels the desire to. He particularly likes Gazals and his present day favourite is Anju Panta.</div>

	Suman who was a teacher by profession before joining CAAN, thinks that he would probably teaching somewhere if had not joined CAAN.&nbsp;</div>

	Sanjeev Subba, CEO of National Banking Training Institute, describes himself as a transparent and fair person. A realistic person by nature, Subba considers his family to be his greatest wealth. Life for him is very simple. &ldquo;Life is all about being normal and happy while doing well to everyone&rdquo;, he says.</div>

	Subba considers his family to be his first and the foremost priority. In his free time, he loves doing anything that would engage his family members as well. &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t go golfing because it takes me away from my family,&rdquo; says Subba. He does not want to miss any opportunity to see his children growing up and so, he always manages time for his family.</div>

	Subba regards his family to be his inspiration. He believes that everyone learns from the family. &ldquo;It is the family that teaches a person to be patient and helps them learn new things&rdquo;,he says.</div>

He believes that management is all about learning how to do proper things at proper time. &ldquo;9 to 5 is my office time and the rest is my personal time&rdquo;, says Subba. 	Subba hates nothing in particular. However, he has a strong dislike for gossips and office politics. He considers himself and his staffs lucky for getting to enjoy two days holiday in a week. He says that it is necessary for every organization to give their staffs at least two days of holiday in a week to help them re-charge themselves.</div>

	Subba loves gardening and invests some amount of his time in his home garden. He also loves travelling and wants to visit each and every place of Nepal. When asked about his most memorable trip, he said that each of his trips is always memorable. &ldquo;The destination does not make any trip memorable. It is up to you to make any trip memorable,&rdquo; he explains. He has travelled 52 countries all over the world. He had recently been to the eastern part of Nepal and describes the places to be extremely beautiful.</div>

	Subba is also a sporty person. He loves watching football and cricket. He also loves swimming. He often goes for trekking and hiking. Every day, he goes for jogging. He believes that hiking, trekking and jogging help him remain fit and healthy.</div>

	Subba is a music lover. His favourite singers are Narayan Gopal, Aruna Lama and Arun Thapa. However, he does not like hard rock and metal.</div>

	Dugar loves travelling. He finds his honeymoon trip to Kashmir as the most memorable trip of his life. Blushing joyously with a big smile he says, &ldquo;The feeling cannot be replaced with anything.&rdquo;Out of many countries and places Dugar visited, he says Biratnagar, which is his birthplace too, is and will always be his favourite. &ldquo;There is no place more beautiful than own birthplace&rdquo;, he says.</div>

	Dugar has a happy joint family including his 3 kids and a lovely wife, whom he describes as helpful and encouraging.</div>

Counting on his favourite books he shares that his all time favourite is &lsquo;Darshan Digdarshan&rsquo; by &lsquo;Mahapandit Rahul Sankrityayan&rsquo; and &lsquo;World history&rsquo; based on the letter of Jawaharlal Nehru to his daughter. He shares that he is much inspired by these books in his real life too. &ldquo;I haven&rsquo;t found any book as good as them till the date.&rdquo;<br />

	Apart from music and reading, Dahal is a man who is conscious about his health and fitness too. He is early morning waking and walking man. He has a strict routine of going on 6-7 kilometres jogging every morning and then a work out at the health club. He is a good swimmer and loves going for it in the summer.<br />

	Getting away from the monotony of routine life is an essentiality. Dahal concedes to this and manages to go for short or long distance vacation at least once in a year. His most memorable vacation destinations so far within the nation are Langtang, Namche, Solukhumbu and says that his trip to Japan, Singapore and some other countries in Europe as the most memorable. When asked to narrow them down, Dahal says his trek to Namche, Solukhumbu is the most memorable. &ldquo;I wish to go there again if everything favours&rdquo;, he shares.</p>',

He has written several songs and even got recorded some of them in the voice of prominent Bollywood singers like Sunidhi Chauhan, and Kollywood singers like Babin Pradhan, Hemanta Rana, among others. An containing five songs in the voices of these singers with music composition of Om Bikram Bista is already launched.</div>

Bajracharya acted in one of his album&rsquo;s video and is happy with his musical journey and the feedback he&rsquo;s got so far. Apart from the love for music, Bajracharya also has love for books. He prefers reading non-fiction to fiction, especially those that provide creative ideas. He also loves reading biographies of prominent people. His all time favourite has been the book on Steve Jobs. A modest and calm person by nature, he tries hard to manage as much as time he could for his family despite his tight business schedule. &nbsp; &ldquo;I try my best to take my home and my office parallel,&rdquo; he shares.</div>

	Suman thinks that it&rsquo;s even harder when one is at the peak of his/her career to balance his/her family and office together. 	Subba loves gardening and invests some amount of his time in his home garden. He also loves travelling and wants to visit each and every place of Nepal. He had recently been to the eastern part of Nepal and describes the places to be extremely beautiful.</div>

	Dugar loves travelling. He finds his honeymoon trip to Kashmir as the most memorable trip of his life. Blushing joyously with a big smile he says, &ldquo;The feeling cannot be replaced with anything.&rdquo;Out of many countries and places Dugar visited, he says Biratnagar, which is his birthplace too, is and will always be his favourite. &ldquo;There is no place more beautiful than own birthplace&rdquo;, he says.</div>
