All such transactions are processed directly from the bank accounts and do not require any intermediary,&rdquo; reads a statement issued by NCHL.</p>

<p>According to NCHL,<em>&nbsp;connect</em>IPS e-Payment System has already been subscribed by more than 32 banks and financial institutions among which 26 are already in operations.</p>

<p>Bipana Sharma, a 17-year-old child rights activist from Sunwal, Nawalparasi, and Santosh Lamichhane, a young scientist were felicitated with the first and second Glocal Teen Hero awards in the years 2015 and 2016 respectively. Similarly, social activist Sachin Dangi was declared the Wai Wai Glocal Teen Hero in 2017.</p>

<p>According to the&nbsp; organiser, the goal of sharing the sustainability initiatives of Coca-Cola in Nepal and in the INSWA region was to inspire the youth ahead of their brain storming and planning session to come up with actionable approaches for the first youth led-provincial action plans.</p>

<p>According to the&nbsp; organiser, the goal of sharing the sustainability initiatives of Coca-Cola in Nepal and in the INSWA region was to inspire the youth ahead of their brain storming and planning session to come up with actionable approaches for the first youth led-provincial action plans.</p>

Similarly, another jury member Sushil Pokharel, CEO of Sushmit International, informed that they will closely work with the winners in the areas of investment and mentorship.</p>

<p>Razan Lamsal, the event manager, informed New Business Age that this year&rsquo;s award had very promising nominations and he assured that the award is very fair.</p>

<p>The event envisions rewarding the national heroes of IT sector in Nepal. ICT Award will also give a token of appreciation to people who have devoted their lives to the IT sector in Nepal.</p>

With this, the customers of the three banks will be able to make online payment of up to Rs 100,000 per transaction through the&nbsp;<em>connect</em>IPS system, according to Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) which introduced the online payment system.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The banks&rsquo; customers can enroll and link their bank account(s) with one-time verification from their respective banks, after which they can use the payment services including fund transfer, online payment and bill payment. All such transactions are processed directly from the bank accounts and do not require any intermediary,&rdquo; reads a statement issued by NCHL.</p>

<p>According to NCHL,<em>&nbsp;connect</em>IPS e-Payment System has already been subscribed by more than 32 banks and financial institutions among which 26 are already in operations.</p>

<p>Glocal Teen Hero is a platform for Nepali teenagers to share their initiation, creativity, and enthusiasm which will then motivate them and more of the other teenagers in the nation to develop an entrepreneurial thinking, the organisers saind in a statement.</p>

<p>This is the fourth edition of the &lsquo;first-ever&rsquo; program designed in the country to recognize dedicated, passionate, and innovative teenagers so as to encourage their initiatives, the statement further says.</p>

<p>Bipana Sharma, a 17-year-old child rights activist from Sunwal, Nawalparasi, and Santosh Lamichhane, a young scientist were felicitated with the first and second Glocal Teen Hero awards in the years 2015 and 2016 respectively. Similarly, social activist Sachin Dangi was declared the Wai Wai Glocal Teen Hero in 2017.</p>

<p>The event will be held at Soaltee Crowne Plaza on September 1.</p>

<p>In the junior category, Smriti Maharjan of Kumudini Kunj Higher Secondary School won the painting competition, &nbsp;Lubik Newa of Dallu Awasiya Vidhyalaya won the 3 minutes of fame contest and Zidan Tamang of Gyankunj Higher Secondary School was announced the winner of score the real goal contest.</p>

<p>According to the organiser, the 11<sup>th</sup> regional final will be held in the Central Region, Lalitpur on August 21. The winners of the regional finals will get a chance to feature in the grand finale to become the Real School of Nepal 2018.</p>

<p>A total, 27 companies were nominated for startup category and 25 for the product category. &ldquo;A panel of jury members evaluated each of the applicants and the final winner of each category will be decided on the basis of votes of general public as well as the points obtained from jury&rsquo;s markings,&rdquo; informed coordinator of the event, Tushar Neupaney. Similarly, another jury member Sushil Pokharel, CEO of Sushmit International, informed that they will closely work with the winners in the areas of investment and mentorship.</p>

<p>Razan Lamsal, the event manager, informed New Business Age that this year&rsquo;s award had very promising nominations and he assured that the award is very fair.</p>

<p>The event envisions rewarding the national heroes of IT sector in Nepal. ICT Award will also give a token of appreciation to people who have devoted their lives to the IT sector in Nepal.</p>

<p>Irina Karki Gurung, Public Affairs and Communications Manager at Bottlers Nepal Limited, shared a presentation on how the Coca-Cola system in the region focuses on areas of water stewardship, sustainable agriculture and recycling, and how as leader in the beverage industry, the company is committed to keeping sustainability at the heart of the business.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the&nbsp; organiser, the goal of sharing the sustainability initiatives of Coca-Cola in Nepal and in the INSWA region was to inspire the youth ahead of their brain storming and planning session to come up with actionable approaches for the first youth led-provincial action plans.</p>

<p>The three-day event included various sessions on SDGs overview and localization, panel discussion on youth in agriculture, tourism and entrepreneurship, youth talk shows on youth and SDGs leadership connection and announcement of awards of 7 innovative ideas for the first youth led action plans.</p>
