In Pakistan, the projected decline is also about 23 percent, totaling about USD 17 billion, compared with a total of USD 22.5 billion in 2019, when remittances grew by 6.2 percent,” the report states. The report estimates that remittances to Bangladesh will dip by about 22 percent to USD 14 billion from USD 22 billion in 2019.
